Rently Ug operates strictly as an open, self-service directory marketplace matching independent landlords with independent seekers. We do not own, manage, inspect, or verify any properties listed on this website. We do not act as real estate agents, brokers, or legal representatives for any user.
All contact information purchased or acquired through RentalsUg is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not screen or run criminal background checks on landlords or tenants. You acknowledge that you use this information completely at your own risk. RentalsUg cannot be held liable for monetary losses, fraudulent payments, upfront deposit scams, or deceptive listings organized by third parties.
Physical visits to any real estate property are conducted independently by users. RentalsUg accepts zero liability for any personal injury, bodily harm, physical assault, theft, property damage, or distress occurring during site visits or offline negotiations. Users are urged to observe maximum personal safety precautions, perform visits during daytime hours, and accompany a trusted individual.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RentalsUg, its developers, and operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, interactions arising from shared contact numbers or physical property locations.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of the use of this website must be managed exclusively within the competent courts of Uganda.
